30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Not completely satisfied with your purchase?
Return unused items in original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. We stand by every product we carry. If it doesn't meet your expectations, we'll make it right.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
1. Email juan@sftgear.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions
3. Ship the item back using a trackable service (we recommend USPS or UPS)
4. Refund processed within 7 business days of receiving your return
WHAT'S ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
✓ Items must be unused and in new condition
✓ Must be in original packaging with all accessories and tags
✓ Must not show signs of wear or alteration
✓ Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons (e.g., used hearing protection ear tips)
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Defective or incorrect items: We pay return shipping + full refund
Change of mind or customer preference: You pay return shipping, we process full refund

Once we receive and inspect your return:
