At SFT Gear, we are committed to getting your essential gear to you efficiently and reliably. We understand that when you choose equipment for preparedness, you need it to arrive without complications.
Shipping Region: Currently, SFT Gear proudly ships to all addresses within the United States of America (USA). We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates: To simplify your purchasing experience, SFT Gear offers a flat-rate shipping fee on all orders. This means the shipping cost remains the same, regardless of the size or weight of your order. The exact flat rate will be displayed clearly at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
Order Processing Time: We strive to process and ship all orders promptly. Most orders are processed within 2 business days after your purchase is confirmed. Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during peak seasons or holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time: Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times will vary based on your location and the chosen carrier. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way, allowing you to monitor its progress.
Tracking Your Order: A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this number on the respective carrier's website (USPS.com or UPS.com) to track the status of your delivery.
Shipping Discrepancies: If you encounter any issues with your shipment, such as delays, damage, or missing items, please contact us immediately at juan@sftgear.com. We will work diligently with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
SFT Gear Returns Policy
At SFT Gear, we stand by the quality, reliability, and practicality of the gear we curate. Your satisfaction and confidence in your equipment are paramount. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Our Return Window: You may return most new, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be in new and unused condition.
Items must be in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.
The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Certain items, for hygiene or safety reasons, may be non-returnable (e.g., used hearing protection ear tips) – please check product descriptions for specific exclusions.
How to Initiate a Return:
Contact Us: To start a return, please contact our support team at juan@sftgear.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization (RA): Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to send back your item. Please do not send items back without an RA number, as it may delay processing.
Ship Your Item: Securely package your item and ship it back to us following the provided instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Restocking Fee: To help cover the costs associated with processing returns and preparing items for resale, a 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for a refund due to reasons other than our error (e.g., customer change of mind, incorrect size ordered by customer). This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount. The restocking fee does not apply to exchanges or returns for damaged/defective items.
Return Shipping Costs:
If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), SFT Gear will cover the return shipping costs.
For returns due to a change of mind or other reasons not related to our error, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, in addition to the applicable restocking fee.
Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund (less any applicable restocking fee) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate this when you contact us for your Return Authorization. Exchanges are subject to product availability. No restocking fee will be applied to eligible exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 3 business days of delivery) with photos of the damage. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or full refund without a restocking fee.
